My name is Dr. Samantha Harte. Most people call me Dr. Sam.

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a dancer, a bestselling author, and a woman with seventeen years of sobriety — and every single one of those things shapes how I show up for you in the studio.

I didn't build StrongHarte Fitness because I had it all figured out. I built it because I spent years looking for a place that treated the whole person — body, nervous system, emotional history, and spirit — and I couldn't find one. So I created it.

After more than two decades in health and fitness, I've seen what happens when care is rushed, fragmented, and disconnected from who you actually are. I've also seen — in my own life and in the lives of hundreds of clients — what becomes possible when someone finally feels safe enough, seen enough, and supported enough to change.

Not just their habits. Their relationship with themselves.

Sobriety didn't just remove alcohol from my life. It dismantled everything I thought I knew about myself — and forced me to rebuild from the ground up. That process became the foundation of this work.
